DESCRIPTION:Cub Scout Pack 499 would like to do their Blue and Gold / Crossover ceremony at the Elks lodge outside back parking lot/ back yard by the BBQ structure.  Elks Lodge #9 is the Charter Organization of this Cub Scout troop that meets at Spoede School. Ben\, I recently introduced you to the Pack Committee Chairperson\, Michael Ruzicka (who is applying for #9 membership).\n\nEvent Date: May 13\nEvent Time: 5:30 to 7pm.\nPlan: They just want to use the back parking lot and the back BBQ shelter for the event.\nHowever\, if it rains\, then they would like to use the part of the main room.\nThey are aware that there is currently a Veterans Committee meeting scheduled at 7pm in the main room. (They are not requesting a full room reservation.)\n\nAlso\, they have filled out the attached paperwork for our records.\n\nBen\, the Pack would like the go-ahead… how do you think the BOD would like to handle the approval process?
